Integrate to RICOH Supervisor to help track waste

IPM knows how many pages a job should print and Supervisor captures how many pages the job actually did print. Being able to have both metrics will help to capture waste

For IPDS data, we have a good idea of what printer - having the extra pages is good

for Supervisor, dependent on SNMP -

(how IPM uses SNMP) PJL use status - need to understand what IPM actually does - add to what we already get from the hardware

Supervisor can fill in what we don't get from SNMP (accurate job completion) printers now support accurate job completion
