Add the option to output PDF in an AFP Object Container with the PDF2AFP transform

When the PDF2AFP transform converts full color PDFs to an AFP image or overlay format the color output is not accurate and tends to appear darker than the original PDF. Providing an option to put the PDF into an AFP Object Container will allow the PDF to remain intact through the transform and thn RIP and print at the printer DFE. Not only will this improve the performance of the transform, but will also allow us to use Adobe Color Management options at the printer, which are more robust than AFP Color Management options, such as spot color substitution and reference ICC Profiles.
