Put jobname value within the message

The customer would like to have, for messages related to jobs, the jobname value within the message.
For example when a job is assigned to a queue, the notification message should contain the jobname as well as the jobID, "5010-301 The job JobID JobName (ServerName:GlobalID) is assigned to queue ServerName:QueueName and is in the State state".
Working with a custom step will only work when jobs are assigned to a physical printer and not for each event concerning a job.
