Advanced search

Some IPM operators & administrators have complex search needs. The idea is to add an advanced search "rule builder" to all locations where search can be done in the GUI. Rather than simply defining 3 search criteria, allow a rule that can allow something like search criteria "(1 and 2) or 3" instead. RPD has added this function, and can be used as an example (sample screenshot attached).
