View job options for operators

IPM operators each use the IPM view job function for different reasons, and those reasons can vary operator to operator. The idea is that we allow the "view full job" options to be configurable by the operator from the Web GUI (vs. needing to go into the management console). The operators need to be able to tune this behavior themselves based on the functions that they do on a daily basis (vs. having to go to their admin to make the change for them).
