Change retention time

Some IPM operators and administrators need to alter the retention time for a particular job vs. the default. The idea is to allow that user to right-click on the job and have an option to change retention time.

    Add to Ideation session

    Currently exists in the Java GUI but not Web GUI - US52858 exists in Rally but not in 4.10 - Amy to add relevant information - since this is a good example of function currently present in the Java GUI that is not yet in the web GUI, it is being considered.
