"AnyPlace print" CRD supervisor release

Some IPM job submitters, who are printing to the CRD, may choose to use follow-me since they wouldn't be sure where they were going to pick up their job. However, the user may not be able to "walk behind the counter" and authenticate at the device. Instead, the CRD operator will need to release it somehow. One idea from the class was to have a printed barcode available at the CRD counter for the user to scan with their mobile device. (PF) From what I understand, each printer has their own barcode so these can be placed at the counter.
