Web GUI double-click action

Some IPM operators and administrators expect a different result when double clicking in the web GUI. The ideas is to have the behavior of double-click in the Web GUI to open vs. go-to properties. An example is: double clicking on a queue in the Web GUI today opens the properties, but some may prefer that it should open the queue view instead.
